В игру войдет 48 треков из предыдущих игр серии, адаптированные для исполнения с инструментами World Tour. Каждую неделю Activison оглашает новую порцию песен из треклиста игры. Сейчас этот список выглядит следующим образом:

Большинство треков пока из первых двух игр серии Guitar Hero I и II, несколько из спецвыпуска посвященного року 80-х и всего две игры из Legends of Rock. Этот список скорее всего заметно подрастет на следующей неделе. А поклонники игры могут начать готовиться сыграть незабвенный "Through the Fire and Flames" и "YYZ" в режиме Эксперта на всех инструментах World Tour.
