Note: These graphical imperfections can affect only one game, while other games work fine without any issues, or the imperfections may affect multiple games.
You may experience one or more of the following conditions:
Individual pixels may appear to be corrupted
Geometric shapes may be distorted
Graphics may appear misshapen or may not appear correctly on the screen
Clusters of green pixels may appear in the center of the screen
Please check if you have done the required troubleshooting steps to resolve the concern that you’re having:
1. Try a different game.
2. Check if the AV cable is connected correctly.
3. If possible, try another Television or monitor.
4. If you consistently reproduce this issue, you may need to have your console serviced.
